not sure what the use would be for this one, personally, other than to be maybe just surprise your foe. i wish it would give something more specific than "100'". how far is that in game? lol maybe once you get the distance that it triggers at down, you could use this as an interrupt, but any good team would remove the hex before that would happen

Its alittle over Aggro bubble range, 100' that is (bubble is ~80' i think)

Anyway - Its a GvG skill.

To catch up with runners.

with 30 recharge..i dont know about it though..

For the various 'touch' skills?
Vile touch, plague touch, etcetera.

Against a runner that relies on crippling, for example.
Scorp. Wire, ditch the crippling... now HE'S crippled. And you're right on top of him. And since it's usually the weak targets that have to run and cripple.... ~sordid grin~

I can see a really good Assassin running build for gvg rihgt about now.

100 feet is about 2.5 the size of 'in the area'. Well of Power is the last spell I remember ever seeing with a measurement on it, 39', and it equates to 'in the area'.

if you were a runner, you would be forced to either remove it, or stay within the aggro bubble. Of course with a 30 second recharge, its not to mcuh of a threat, if its just a 1v1.

*cough* scorpian wire, falling spider, horns of ox, mobius strike, Shock, Falling spider, Horns of ox, mobius strike *cough* Perma KD, with a free poison, and a ton of damage. 30 seconds... i can deal with a recharge like that to stay in range.
